established in 2000, is an independent financial planning firm located in Ottumwa, Iowa. We provide fee-based investment, retirement, estate planning and insurance. We specialize in investment and retirement planning including pension programs. Our long-term commitment to our clients is built on the highest level of integrity, trust and experience.

Robert J. Kramer, ChFC, is assisted by two employees with a commitment to the highest level of personal service. A large part of our service is helping our clients preserve their assets and provide retirement income with the least amount of risk. Being an independent financial planner allows us to maintain the objectivity which is important to achieving client goals.
